This website, turing-engineering.com (the “Site”), is provided by Turing Engineering LLC (“Turing Engineering,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02 About this site and our services
The Site is informational. It describes the software and AI engineering services Turing Engineering offers and provides a way to contact us. Content on the Site is a general description and is not an offer, quote, or binding commitment.
Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between Turing Engineering and the client. Nothing on this Site creates a client relationship by itself. We do not collect payments through the Site; fees, billing, and any cancellation or refund terms are set out in that written client agreement.
03 Nature of our business
Turing Engineering provides technical software and AI engineering services. We are not a bank, money-services business, money transmitter, payment processor, escrow service, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or provider of any other regulated financial service, and nothing on this Site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Where we work with clients in regulated industries, we do so strictly as a provider of technical engineering services.
04 Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, design, layout, graphics, and the Turing Engineering name and marks — are owned by Turing Engineering LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
05 Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or

10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12 Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
